Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients and respect our Dermal Clinicians' time, we have the following policy:
- Late Cancellation: We require at least 48 hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. A late cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
- No-Show: If you fail to attend your appointment without any prior notice, the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged.
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours' notice, and we will happily transfer your deposit or payment to your new appointment time.
We send out appointment reminders via SMS and email as a courtesy to help you avoid these charges.
