Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy


We understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients and respect our Dermal Clinicians' time, we have the following policy:

  • Late Cancellation: We require at least 48 hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. A late cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
  • No-Show: If you fail to attend your appointment without any prior notice, the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged.
  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours' notice, and we will happily transfer your deposit or payment to your new appointment time.

We send out appointment reminders via SMS and email as a courtesy to help you avoid these charges.


Privacy Policy

At DermaLink Studio, your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with Australian privacy laws.

  • What We Collect: We collect personal information, including your name, contact details, date of birth, and relevant medical history during your initial consultation and subsequent visits.
  • Why We Collect It: This information is essential to ensure your safety, provide the most effective and personalized treatment plan, and communicate with you about your appointments and progress.
  • How We Use It: Your information is used solely for the purpose of your treatment and to improve our services to you. We will not use it for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
  • Data Security: All your personal and health information is stored securely and confidentially. It will not be shared with any third party without your consent, except where required by law.
  • Access to Your Information: You have the right to request access to your personal information held by us.

Terms & Conditions


By booking a service at DermaLink Studio, you agree to the following terms:

  • Treatment Suitability: All treatments are subject to a thorough initial consultation to determine your suitability. We reserve the right to refuse a service if we believe it is not in your best health or safety interest.
  • Pricing: All prices listed are in AUD and are subject to change without notice. We will always confirm the price of your service before commencing treatment.
  • Client Responsibility: For all laser and advanced treatments, you are responsible for following all pre- and post-care instructions provided by our Dermal Clinicians to ensure your safety and achieve the best possible results. Failure to do so may affect your outcome and void any of our guarantees.
  • Professionalism: Our team of Dermal Clinicians and therapists are highly trained and certified. We are committed to maintaining a professional, safe, and hygienic environment for all our clients.


Refund Policy

  • Services: All services and treatments performed are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with your results, we encourage you to discuss your concerns with your Dermal Clinician during your complimentary Treatment Review & Progress Scan.
  • Treatment Packages: Our packages are designed to provide a series of treatments at a discounted rate. Packages are non-refundable but are transferable to another person or can be converted to a credit for an alternative service at DermaLink Studio.
  • Products: We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of purchase, with proof of purchase. Opened products cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a confirmed fault with the product itself.
